Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Control: slow

Description: Sit upright with your back slightly rounded or in a neutral position. Slowly open your chest by extending your upper back, retracting or depressing your shoulder blades, and gently raising your arms if possible. Finish with an open chest, elongated upper back, and relaxed neck.

Tips: Keep the movement slow and controlled to effectively feel the thoracic opening. Do not force the extension; respect your comfort and avoid overextending your lower back.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the end position for a few seconds longer if the movement becomes easy.
