How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Load: light (5 to 10 kg)

Description: Hold a light load in front of you while standing, with a straight back and stable pelvis. Engage your abdominal muscles, then perform a quarter turn of the torso while maintaining a neutral spine and controlled pelvis. Slowly return to the starting position without losing stability.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid excessive hip rotation. Control the movement well to protect your lower back.

Progression: Gradually increase the load or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier and pain-free.
