Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per hand

Description: Start with the hand open, fingers extended. Slowly bend each finger joint (MCP, PIP, DIP) one by one, rolling the fingers towards the palm to form a closed fist or a claw position, depending on the chosen variation. Then return to the starting position by extending the fingers.

Tips: Perform the movement slowly and controlled to feel each joint bending properly. Keep the wrist stable and avoid forcing the movement if pain occurs.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the speed of the movement once you have mastered the segmented finger flexion.
