How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 per side

Equipment: Resistance band around the knees

Description: Lie on your side with knees bent and feet together, with a resistance band placed just above the knees. Keeping the feet in contact, slowly open the top knee outward against the resistance of the band, then gently return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the hips well aligned and avoid tilting the pelvis during the movement. Control the opening to maximize the work of the abductors.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
