How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Equipment: ball or foam roller

Description: Place a ball or foam roller against the posterior area of the hip. In a stable position, apply slow and controlled pressure by gently gliding the hip backward or upward, while maintaining trunk engagement to stabilize the body.

Tips: Keep the trunk well contracted to avoid compensation. Perform the movements slowly to feel the stretch and strengthening effect. Breathe regularly and avoid sudden movements.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of each glide or add slight resistance when the movement becomes easy.
