How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit with your head held upright and gaze directed forward. Gently place your fingers on the temporomandibular joints near the chin to feel and guide the movement. Slowly open your mouth while controlling the jaw's trajectory, avoiding lateral deviation, then gently close it while keeping the jaw centered.

Tips: Keep your tongue in the position specified and avoid tension in the neck or shoulders. Perform the movement slowly to maintain control over the jaw.

Progression: Once you master the movement, slightly increase the opening amplitude while maintaining precise control.
