Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sit with the pelvis stable and the spine in a neutral position. Inhale while gently extending the thoracic part of your back backward, then exhale while slowly flexing forward, maintaining control and without moving the pelvis.

Tips: Keep the abdomen slightly engaged to stabilize the pelvis. Perform the movement slowly to feel the thoracic range of motion without compensating with the lower back.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of each extension and flexion phase as the movement becomes easier.
