How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per movement

Description: In standing or lying position, secure an elastic band around the thigh near the hip. Keep the pelvis stable, then slowly perform movements of flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, or rotation of the hip, respecting the range of motion without compensating with the lower back.

Tips: Always keep the pelvis immobile to target the hip. Control the movement well and avoid any pain or excessive tension.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
