How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Slowly bend the hips and knees by pushing the pelvis backward, keeping heels on the ground and back straight, until reaching a comfortable range of motion. Then return to the standing position by extending the hips and knees.

Tips: Keep the knees aligned with the feet and avoid leaning the torso forward. Control the movement to avoid forcing the range of motion.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a slight load as the movement becomes easier.
