How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 per leg

Description: Attach an elastic band around your ankle and fix the other end to a stable point behind you. In a standing position, slowly lift your leg forward by flexing the hip, then control the descent back to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your core engaged to avoid leaning forward. Perform the movement slowly to feel the resistance of the band.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
