How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Stand on one leg maintaining balance, then perform a controlled movement with the other leg, such as lifting it or gently moving it in different directions. Return to the initial position without losing balance. Repeat the movement for each leg.

Tips: Keep your trunk upright and look ahead to better stabilize your posture. Slightly contract the muscles around the hip to improve control. Do not rush; perform the movement slowly and precisely.

Progression: Increase the number of repetitions or the duration of balance hold, or perform the movement on an unstable surface when comfortable.
