How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Description: Position yourself next to the ladder placed on the floor. Move sideways by stepping with one foot into each square of the ladder, maintaining stable and controlled support. Return to the starting position by repeating the same movement.

Progression: Increase the speed of the movement or add a slight, deeper bend of the knees when you feel comfortable with the movement.
