How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Sit on a chair with an elastic band placed around the thighs, just above the knees. Slowly spread the legs by pushing against the resistance of the band, then gently return to the starting position without letting the band fully slack.

Tips: Keep your back straight and feet flat on the ground. Control the movement to avoid any pelvis rotation. Breathe regularly throughout the exercise.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
