How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Equipment: Elastic band

Description: Attach an elastic band at elbow height. Keep the elbow bent at 90 degrees close to the body, then slowly pull the band inward while keeping the arm stable. Gently return to the starting position without releasing tension.

Tips: Keep your back straight and the elbow glued to the body to properly isolate internal shoulder rotation. Perform the movement slowly to maximize control and avoid jerks.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
