How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: In a seated or lying position, place your foot in a neutral position. Slowly perform dorsiflexion by lifting the toes toward the tibia, controlling the movement well and maintaining foot alignment.

Tips: Perform the movement slowly and in a controlled manner to feel the foot positioning clearly. Keep the ankle relaxed at the start and avoid compensations with the leg.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance with an elastic band or add repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
