How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 20 seconds per set

Description: Stand in front of a flat floor ladder. Step one foot into a rung of the ladder, then bring it back outside the ladder, maintaining a stable and controlled support. Repeat this forward and backward movement smoothly and with control.

Tips: Keep your gaze straight ahead, your torso upright, and your abdominal muscles slightly engaged to stabilize your posture. Control each support carefully to avoid losing balance.

Progression: Gradually increase the movement speed while maintaining control, or extend the duration of the sets up to 30 seconds.
