How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per leg

Description: Stand facing a wall, with one leg forward with the knee bent and the other leg behind, foot flat on the ground. Gently lean towards the wall while keeping the back heel on the ground to stretch the gastrocnemius muscle. Hold the position for 30 seconds, then switch legs.

Tips: Ensure the back heel remains firmly on the ground and the back knee is slightly bent to target the gastrocnemius. Breathe deeply and avoid forcing the stretch.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold time up to 45 seconds as the stretch becomes comfortable.
