Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per leg

Description: Sit with one leg extended in front of you and the other bent. Gently lean towards the extended leg while keeping your back straight, aiming to touch your toes or bring your foot closer to stretch the calf. Hold the position for 30 seconds, then switch legs.

Tips: Keep your back straight to avoid leaning forward with your back. Do not force the stretch to the point of pain; feel a comfortable tension in the calf.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of hold up to 45 seconds as the stretch becomes easier.
