How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per side

Description: Stand facing a wall, with one leg bent forward and the other leg extended back, with the foot slightly turned inward to target the medial edge of the foot. Gently press your hands against the wall and lean forward while keeping the back heel on the ground until you feel a stretch in the calf and the inner edge of the foot. Maintain the position without bouncing, then switch sides.

Tips: Keep your back straight and the heel firmly on the ground for an effective stretch. Breathe calmly and avoid any sharp pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold duration up to 45 seconds as the stretch becomes comfortable.
