How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Place an elastic band around your shoulders and keep your pelvis stable in a neutral position. Perform a controlled thoracic rotation by dissociating the upper body from the lower body, keeping the pelvis immobile. Slowly return to the starting position without moving the pelvis.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your abdomen slightly contracted to protect the spine. Do not let the pelvis tilt or compensate for the thoracic movement.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the movement becomes easy.
