How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Tempo: 2 seconds to lower, no pause, 2 seconds to lift

Description: Place an elastic band under your feet and hold it with your hands. Keeping your back straight and pelvis stable, slightly bend your knees and lean forward while activating your abdominal muscles, then return to the initial position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Maintain a neutral spine throughout the exercise, avoid arching your back or tilting your pelvis. Focus on constant abdominal activation to protect the lower back.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
