Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Hold a dumbbell in each hand, feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, and pelvis stable. Slightly bend the knees, lean forward maintaining a neutral spine, then straighten up by contracting the core muscles to control the movement. Ensure the core remains engaged throughout the exercise without rounding the back.

Tips: Keep your gaze forward to help maintain a straight spine, activate your abdominal muscles before starting the movement, and avoid any rotation or tilting of the pelvis.

Progression: Gradually increase the weight of the dumbbells or the number of repetitions once trunk control is mastered.
