Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Tempo: Controlled

Description: Hold the kettlebell with both hands in front of you, feet shoulder-width apart. Keeping the torso stable and the pelvis neutral, perform a lateral swinging movement by pivoting the hips and gently mobilizing the lumbar region, while maintaining abdominal activation. Control the return to the starting position without allowing the pelvis or torso to compensate.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid excessive shoulder rotation. Breathe calmly and maintain pelvic stability throughout the movement.

Progression: Gradually increase the kettlebell weight or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easy and well-controlled.
