How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Hold a kettlebell in one hand, arm along the body, in a standing position with a neutral spine and stable pelvis. Slightly bend the knees, lean laterally while keeping the core engaged and the spine straight, then return to the initial position without tilting the pelvis.

Tips: Contract the abdominal muscles to protect the lower back, keep your gaze straight ahead, and avoid any trunk rotation. Control the movement carefully to maintain balance.

Progression: Gradually increase the kettlebell weight or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
