How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie face down on a SwissBall with feet firmly on the ground. Hold the oscillating bar in front of you and, keeping the pelvis stable, slowly lift the torso and the bar by contracting the lower back muscles. Briefly hold the top position, then slowly lower back down, controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the neck aligned with the spine to avoid tension. Do not let the pelvis tilt during extension. Breathe regularly and avoid sudden movements.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of holding the top position as the exercise becomes easier.
