Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on a SwissBall, with your abdomen resting on the ball and feet firmly planted on the ground to stabilize the body. Keep the trunk straight and stable, then pass a ball from one hand to the other in front of you, controlling the movement well and keeping the shoulder blades stable.

Tips: Keep your gaze towards the ground to avoid arching the neck, contract the lumbar muscles to stabilize the back, and perform the ball pass slowly to control the movement properly.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the speed of the ball pass as you feel comfortable and pain-free.
