How to do the exercise

Duration: 2 minutes per side

Description: Position yourself so that the latissimus dorsi area is pressed against a rolling pin placed on the floor. Apply slow pressure by gently rolling your body over the rolling pin to massage the tension points. When you find a sensitive spot, hold the pressure for a few moments and then gradually release.

Tips: Breathe deeply and avoid holding your breath. Adjust the pressure according to your comfort, without causing intense pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration up to 3 minutes per side if well tolerated.
