How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per arm

Description: Get into a plank position, with your body well-aligned and abdominal muscles engaged. Perform a controlled movement with one arm while maintaining shoulder stability, without allowing your pelvis to rotate or your back to arch.

Tips: Keep your gaze towards the floor to maintain a neutral neck, strongly engage your abdominal muscles to stabilize your trunk, and perform movements slowly to avoid losing balance.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of the plank hold between each movement as you feel comfortable.
