How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Assume a side plank position, supported on one forearm, with the body well aligned. Touch or activate the Blazepod placed in front of you by performing a controlled upward and downward movement of the pelvis. Alternate sides after each set to strengthen the oblique abdominal muscles.

Tips: Keep the body straight without letting the hips sag. Control the movement to avoid jerks and breathe regularly.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of holding the elevated position as the exercise becomes easier.
