How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Hold a kettlebell in one hand, arm along the body, feet shoulder-width apart. Lean laterally while keeping the back straight, lowering the kettlebell toward the knee, then return to the initial position in a controlled manner.

Tips: Keep the core engaged to protect the back and avoid leaning the torso forward. Perform the movement slowly to feel the work of the obliques and quadratus lumborum.

Progression: Gradually increase the kettlebell weight or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
