How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Lie on your side, support yourself on your forearm and feet to lift your body into a straight line. Perform a controlled rotation of the trunk by bringing the free arm under the body, then return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the body well aligned, engage the abdominal muscles, and avoid letting the hips sag. Perform the movement slowly to control the rotation effectively.

Progression: Increase the number of repetitions or add a slight pause at the maximum rotation position when the exercise becomes too easy.
