How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Sit on a gym ball with your back straight and pelvis stable. Slowly rotate your trunk to the right while keeping your back well aligned, then return to the center before rotating to the left. Perform the movement in a controlled manner without forcing the rotation to avoid any pain.

Tips: Keep your abdominal muscles engaged to stabilize the trunk and avoid tilting the pelvis or arching the lower back. Breathe regularly during the exercise.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add slight resistance with a resistance band or light weight when the movement becomes easy.
