How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Lie on your back with knees bent, one foot on the ground and the other leg raised. Contract your abdominal muscles to lift the pelvis while keeping the trunk stable and locked, then slowly lower without touching the ground. Alternate legs each set.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid tilting or sagging of the pelvis. Engage your core muscles to stabilize the trunk throughout the movement.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the top position for a few extra seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
