How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Seated, forearm stable and hand visible, position your wrist and fingers in a neutral position. Perform a pinch between the thumb and index finger while applying light resistance with the opposite hand or small equipment, controlling the movement without moving the elbow or shoulder. Slowly return to the starting position while maintaining control.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile to isolate the pinch. Perform the movement slowly to improve motor control. Do not force beyond your comfortable range.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
