How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Place your forearm on a stable surface with your hand in a neutral position. Perform the thumb opposition movement towards each finger, controlling the gesture well, applying light resistance with the other hand or a small object. Ensure that the elbow and shoulder do not move during the exercise.

Tips: Keep the wrist stable and focus on slow, precise movements to improve motor control. Do not force the resistance to avoid pain.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
