How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Sit on a chair with your back straight and feet flat on the ground. Slowly lift one knee towards your chest by flexing the hip, avoiding arching the back or tilting the pelvis. Gently lower the leg back to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.

Tips: Focus on a controlled and smooth movement, without forcing or rounding the back. Keep the trunk stable to isolate the hip.

Progression: When the exercise becomes easy, increase repetitions to 15 per leg or add slight resistance with an elastic band around the thigh.
