How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Stand on an Airex cushion to challenge your balance. Keeping the pelvis stable, slowly lift one leg by flexing the hip to about 90 degrees, then gently lower without losing stability.

Tips: Contract the muscles around the hip and avoid tilting the pelvis or arching the lower back. Look straight ahead to better maintain your balance.

Progression: When the exercise becomes easy, increase the number of repetitions or hold the hip flexion position for a few seconds before lowering.
