How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Slowly bend the hips and knees by pushing the pelvis backward, keeping heels on the ground and back straight, until reaching the indicated amplitude marker. Then, rise back to the standing position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Ensure your knees stay aligned with your feet and your back remains neutral throughout the movement. Keep your gaze straight ahead to maintain balance.

Progression: Once you master the movement well, gradually increase the squat depth while always respecting the amplitude marker and maintaining good technique.
