How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Attach a resistance band around your ankle and secure the other end to a stable point medial to your leg. While standing, slowly lift your leg forward, flexing your hip, while maintaining a slight medial pull from the resistance band. Gently return to the starting position, controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and core engaged to stabilize your posture. Perform the movement slowly to maintain good control over the band's pull and avoid jerky movements.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the movement becomes easy.
