How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Equipment: resistance band

Description: Lie on your side, supported on your forearm, with your body well aligned. Place a resistance band around the thigh of the upper leg and slowly flex the hip by bringing the knee towards the trunk against the resistance of the band. Keep the pelvis stable and the back straight throughout the movement, then gently return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the body straight without letting the pelvis tilt. Control the movement to avoid jerks and breathe regularly.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
