How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Sit on a chair with a straight back and feet flat on the floor. Slowly spread the leg sideways while keeping the hip and knee bent at approximately 90 degrees, then return to the starting position without moving the pelvis.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your pelvis stable throughout the movement. Do not force the spread beyond what is comfortable to avoid pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add an elastic band around the thighs for more resistance when the exercise becomes easy.
