Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Tempo: 3-1-3 (descend over 3 seconds, hold at the bottom for 1 second, ascend over 3 seconds)

Description: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, legs straight, and torso upright. Slowly bend the hips and knees by pushing the pelvis backward, keeping heels on the ground and maintaining a neutral back, until the knees are aligned with the feet. Hold the bottom position for one second, then slowly return to the standing position.

Tips: Keep your gaze straight ahead and contract your gluteal muscles to protect your knees. Ensure that your knees do not pass the line of your toes.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a light load as the movement becomes easier.
