How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Sitting or standing, place an elastic band around your foot and hold the other end to create resistance. Flex the hip by lifting the knee towards the chest without rounding the back or tilting the pelvis, then slowly lower back down.

Tips: Keep your back straight and pelvis stable throughout the movement. Control the upward and downward phases to maximize strengthening.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
