How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Stand with feet hip-width apart. Take a large step forward with one leg, bending the knee until the thigh is parallel to the ground, then push off the heel to return to the starting position. Alternate legs, controlling the movement carefully.

Tips: Keep your back straight and gaze forward. Ensure the front knee does not pass the toes to protect the joint. Engage the leg muscles for a smooth and stable movement.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add light weights as the exercise becomes easier.
