How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Equipment: ball or roller

Description: Place a ball or roller under the back of the knee. In standing position, gently press the posterior knee against the tool, then slowly extend the knee while gliding and gently rotating the trunk. Control the movement to feel the stretch and muscle strengthening.

Tips: Keep the trunk stable and perform the rotation smoothly without forcing. Ensure that the pressure on the ball or roller remains constant but comfortable.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of each extension or add slight resistance if the movement becomes easy.
