How to do the exercise
Sets: 3
Repetitions: 8 per leg
Description: Jump onto one leg while controlling the landing, slightly bending the knee to absorb the impact. Maintain a stable position for a few seconds without the knee collapsing inward.
Tips: Keep your torso upright and look ahead to better control your balance. Contract the muscles around the knee to prevent instability.
Progression: Gradually increase the jump height or the duration of stabilization once you master the movement.
