How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 passes per leg

Description: Stand on one leg, slightly bent at the knee, and throw a ball to your partner or against a wall. Catch the ball while maintaining balance on the same leg, then repeat the exercise alternating legs.

Tips: Keep your gaze fixed in front of you to better control your balance. Slightly contract the muscles around the knee to stabilize the joint. Do not rush; perform the passes in a controlled manner.

Progression: Increase the number of passes or the duration of balancing on one leg, or use a heavier ball for more challenge.
