How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Attach a resistance band to a stable height in front of you. Hold the band with both hands, then pull it towards you by bending the elbows and bringing the shoulder blades together until you feel the shoulder contract. Slowly return to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and shoulders down throughout the exercise. Perform the movement slowly to effectively engage the shoulder muscles.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
