How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Attach an elastic band at waist height. Hold the band with the hand on the side of the shoulder to strengthen, with the elbow bent at 90 degrees, then slowly pull the band backward by extending the arm until you feel a contraction in the shoulder. Gently return to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and shoulders down during the exercise. Perform the movement slowly to effectively engage the shoulder muscles.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
