How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Attach an elastic band at shoulder height. Standing position, arm aligned with the band, stabilize your scapula, then perform a throwing motion by pulling the band forward, keeping the elbow, wrist, and trunk aligned. Control the movement to reach maximum range without shrugging the shoulder.

Tips: Keep the scapula stable and avoid shrugging the shoulder to protect the joint. Breathe regularly and maintain an upright posture.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
